I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the seth brothers team.I have been waiting for days for them to respond to my application, and they have completely dropped the ball. Despite numerous attempts by my realtor to follow up, they have not processed my application or communicated with me in any way. To make matters worse, they have charged my credit card for the application fee without providing any service. I am now forced to dispute the charges through my credit card company. This level of unprofessionalism and unethical behavior is unacceptable. I would not recommend seth brothers to anyone. Buyers beware!"

We had a really poor experience with Smita at Seth Brothers. Listed our home for rent with her for almost 3 months. She brought forth 1 tenant on a Friday who had to move in Saturday. Very poor communication all around, and she did a poor job facilitating and ensuring everything went smoothly. No landlord will rent to a tenant with zero $ in hand, she didn’t seem to understand this fact. She also did nothing to offer suggestions or ideas on how to make the transaction happen. Takes forever to respond back and we had to follow up 2-3 times before getting an answer. Do not reccomend.

We listed a house for rent with the Seth Brothers in 2017 and had a terrible experience with them. The house was rented through them and that house stayed occupied for almost 5 years. It's 2022 and we need to re-list the house for rent but based on past experience we decided not to list with them. We called the Seth Brothers to ask for permission to use the photos they had taken in 2017. The rep on the phone said it was okay to do so but we wanted it in writing. The rep then refused to give us permission in writing and asked we talk to someone else within the team. After trying to follow up with them for 2 weeks via numerous calls and emails, they declined our request. As part of the agreement, we had paid them one month of rent as broker fee so even though they took the picture, we already paid for that service.

These guys are AWESOME! They do such a wonderful job listening to OUR needs and working with us to get what we're looking for. We bought our first home with them, sold that home with them, and build our current home with them. We had the most amazing experience every single time! They respond quickly and give great advise. I highly recommend The Seth Brothers for all your real estate needs!
