We are so grateful we found Sake Home Buyers. We didn’t want to do the traditional route with our house so this was exactly what we were looking for. The process was super easy to complete and we were able to stay in our house until our other one was finished being built. HIGHLY recommend them!

I was just looking at these cash for houses thought I'd try not expecting much . Gave my info to a few places Monday afternoon Tuesday morning Delano called me made a offer I told him I wanted a little more he said he would call me back. Didn't think I would hear from him again,but 2 or 3 hours he called said that's fine he explained how the process works and that was how it worked .he was ready to close the next Friday. Never thought it would be this easy and fast to get what I was asking for my house. I tell everyone to call Delano at sake home buyers if they are wanting to sale there house. Thank you for the great experience.
