Was ghosted Not once but TWICE by Nori and this "Team" of here🤷🏾‍♂️😡 Was given a call from Sam to apologize for no one reaching out the first time but then me wanting to still do business and buy a duplex with the "queen" made a second attempt and send Nori herself EVERYTHING needed to get started I am a fully underwritten veteran with 600k in financing available and was IGNORED for 3 weeks. I dared to comment on her IG to get someone's attention as I was running out of time to find a home to which she replied quickly then lol. And instead of sending me a apology or just cancelling the representation agreement proceeded to take her sweet time to block me on IG tho😂🤷🏾‍♂️ I have never been disrespected this way in business...ever. Potential clients beware and do your research before you sign things or deal with folk in Houston. I'm seeing a trend of unreliability

Being from NY and looking for a place in Houston was difficult. Having Albert as my realtor made things so easy and smooth without me physically having to be here. Once I signed off on the building, Albert would drop by the house and send me weekly updates with photos and give me status updates so I was in the know. He is always available to answer any questions I have day or night. Definitely recommend him for any future house buying!

Coming into this Pearland area, I wasn’t sure where I wanted to stay in terms of distance to my job in Freeport. A friend of ours referred my wife and I to Vanessa Thompson whom found us a rental home that was in a great neighborhood and was not a bad commute for either of us most mornings. After a couple years in the rental home, we decided to purchase our own home. It was January 2020 and I don’t think I need to explain how that year went. We decided we wanted a house built and Vanessa showed us a new neighborhood that was yet to be started. The land had a small trailer for the building manager and nothing else. Despite the rough terrain of black dirt and our lack of imagination, Vanessa helped us see where our first home was gonna be built. During the pandemic while businesses were shutting down and layoffs all around, Vanessa told us everything was gonna be alright. She called to check on us every other day to remind us we would be in our dream home soon. We closed a month earlier than the original date projected. Vanessa was always there when we needed her and available anytime we had questions. She was always on time for our meetings and made sure we knew what we were getting ourselves into when any decisions were made. She’s the real deal.

Laila Rashed is an my amazing realtor and I highly recommend her. She was patient with us and guided us through the buying process step by step and was always available to answer our questions (even on nights and weekends). We looked at many houses and lost our top 2 houses and backed out of a 3rd because we weren’t in love with it. She took us on additional showings until we found the right one for our family. She was very professional and thorough and we finally did get a house that we loved. She also was very thoughtful and gave us all welcome home gifts (even personalized ones for our 3 kids). She may the stressful home buying experience less stressful.

This was only my second experience in home buying and I cannot believe how different it was from my first home purchase. This time I spoke with several agents before choosing someone I felt comfortable with and I have absolutely zero regrets on going with Loan Hoang at Nexgen Realty. Loan was not only extremely communicative, but extremely knowledgeable, and honest. If it was not for her hard work and diligence I would not have been able to close on my previous home, let alone my new home. She was without a doubt the glue that held both deals together. Loan was also able to put me in touch with a contractor who is well versed in the home improvements I wished to have performed before I officially moved in. While I now continue to recruit close friends to move to the Houston area, I will be giving all of them Loan’s contact information as I undoubtedly know she will be able to not only meet, but exceed any and all of their expectations. Loan, thank you again for everything!
