Maurese is a winner. I've worked with thousands of realtors in my multiple decade long career. I got a first hand account of Maurese's ability on what I would consider a very, very difficult file with a client who hand been denied twice by the builder's preferred lenders. Yet Maurese held out hope, found solutions and negotiated with the builder an extension for the client allowing his client the ability to close with a different solution. Maurese possess the unique skills that great realtors need (and trust me there are few great realtors) market knowledge, negotiating ability, and above all emotional intelligence.
