We were impressed with Kimbra's knowledge of the local real estate market so we hired her to sell our house. Overall, the experience was very good. She helped us prepare our house with decorating tips, suggestions as to what did and didn't need to be done in the way of updates and a list of contractors who for the most part were experienced and professional. She hosted three open houses at our house over one weekend and we were presented with several offers the following Monday. I would recommend her without reservation.

We used Donna from the Kimbra V team for the purchase of our first home in 2015 and we had such a great experience that when it was time for us to sell that home last year, 2020, we reached out to them again and used them for both the selling and the purchase of the new home. Kimbra handled the sale of our current home and was so thorough and gave practical and doable suggestions to help with the sale of our home. We took all of her suggestions and we were under contract in 2 weeks after our house went on the market. We used Donna again for the purchase of our new home and had no issues with the purchase of our forever home! The thing we love about using the Kimbra V team is that everything is straight forward. There are no surprises when you work with them. The mortgage broker they suggested was also great and we didn’t have to send them the same thing 5 different times. Kimbra knows how to sell a house and Donna listens and pays attention to her clients and makes suggestions based on that. We have never been steered wrong!

My husband Matt and I had a truly professional and supportive experience buying our first home. Our realtor was Donna Jensen, and she couldn't have been more patient, resourceful and helpful through the entire process. Donna was well-versed in the local real estate market, especially the inside information on our particular community, which save us several thousand dollars in due diligence! The Kimbra V Team was also a great source for all of us, and if there was something needed that Donna didn't have or wasn't available for, her team was right there to fill the gap. We hope we don't have to move again anytime soon, but if we did, we'd do business with the Kimbra V Team again, no questions asked!
