Terence was such a blessing to us throughout the home buying process! We just closed on our first home and he walked us through every step of the way with patience and educated us on all things home buying! We came into the home buying process very naive and unsure and are now knowledgeable and confident in understanding how to purchase a home. Terence was very quick to respond with any concerns or questions we had and was always encouraging! We would recommend him to anyone and absolutely trust him wholeheartedly! He has clients for life from us!

100% we would use Rachel again! When a price dropped on a property we had been tracking online, I reached out to Rachel to represent us as a Buyer's Agent. We let her know we wanted to move fast to tour it. After we decided to make an offer, she educated us on what can happen with other bids, and some ways our offer could be more attractive and to our immense joy, the offer was accepted!! During the whole process of buying this home, Rachel was so professional from her demeanor to her electronic correspondence. We learned she is VERY smart and quick on her feet with this business. We had such a great experience with Rachel that 2 months later, we had her list two homes for us. She advised us how to make the most money from them and how to get them ready so they sell fast. One property would need renovation and one would not. Not knowing anything about what features would look best in the renovation, we turned to Rachel. She immediately knew what changes would work and what colors/finishes would highlight the house's features. We absolutely would not have pulled this off without her! Offers for both homes came in fast and the homes were not even on the market for a week (sold at asking price or above). I would like to stress that throughout the home buying and home selling process, that my husband and I often discussed how intelligent and likeable Rachel is! She knows this industry and we miss working with her.

A very good friend introduced us to Terence, and we knew he was going to be good because my buddy is not an easy one to please. Two purchases and one sell later, I can say Terence is hands down the best realtor we have had the pleasure to work with (we have 15 real estate transactions to compare). Savvy, ready to work hard before, during, and after the transaction, prepared, professional, with the right contacts, and a wonderful personality. We still call him our “realtor”, but more than that, we consider him a friend.

We used Terence to buy our first house in 2017 and then again when we moved in 2024. He happily let us drag him around to probably 20 viewings. He was great to work with! He's very responsive, always has a positive attitude but gives you his honest opinion to help us make informed decisions about things like neighborhood, value, resale, renovation possibilities, what works for houses and what doesnt. Then he really helped us understand the closing process to make it fairly comfortable . Definitely recommend

10/10 choice for selling our home. Terrence was able to navigate the complexities of a corporate relocation while managing to get us the best possible price for our home. He first impressed us with his data-driven research to establish a list price. This went beyond the standard searches of homes in the area and delved deep into the nuances of our local neighborhood. He came with specific breakdowns of the comps and why he would price ours the way he wanted - which was $30k over what another realtor recommended. His confidence in the local market, coupled with some great marketing (things like a design consultant to help us “stage” our home with our own things, excellent photographer for photos, etc) enabled us to get close to asking despite a rather sudden dip in the market around the same time. Terrence was highly communicative, professional, and cared deeply about representing us to our best benefit. He helped us navigate a lowball offer, and then almost immediately a multiple offers situation with ease. I would definitely recommend Terrence and Compass for anyone looking to sell (or purchase) their home!
