Cody and Amy are awesome! They helped me with the sale of my home. They made recommendations to get it sold quickly and for the most profit. It sold for above the listing price and they made sure the closing was pain-free. They also helped with finding a rental property for my family and I. They helped coordinate viewings and helped with the lease. They made sure that I was well informed and comfortable with everything. They were always available whenever I had questions or concerns. If you are a victim of our ever increasing cost of living, you'll understand how stressful it is to find an affordable home for your family. Cody and his team stepped in and saved our family from having to pay $1900/month for a mediocre 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment. He understood we were under a time constraint and had homes lined up for us to visit and we closed on our contract within 3 weeks of searching. Cody has been there every step of the way. Cody and team are truly the BEST realtors out here! We first met Cody looking for a rent house in Houston while relocating from another city. Cody made us feel like we are his top priority and did everything in his power to ensure we found the perfect place. After two more rent houses with the help of Cody, we finally were able to use him to find our first home to purchase. He took so much time to understand our needs and was very helpful, honest, and patient while we house hunted. He talked us out of some questionable homes and even went above and beyond to research the repair history of some homes during the search. We ended up with a great deal and closed on our first home! I have recommended Cody to NUMEROUS friends and now the whole gang has adopted Cody as the official group realtor!!! Too bad he was so good at his job and we are all happily in homes now and may not need Cody for a few more years haha! But in reality, we would all use him over and over again and still reach out to him with advice, which he is quick to provide. Cody even went as far as to recommend and secure trusty contractors for many of our friends and even found us a washer/dryer set when he knew we were in need.
