She was informative about the market, about projected interest rates and when to act. And she was right about all of it, which helped us sell quickly and buy easily. Ashley was very enthusiastic about our existing home, and she was right- it sold well! Throughout our buying process, Ashley would call each of us to repeat back to us what we were saying to her, so that she could clarify our emotions apart from our intentions. That made our buying process clear and smooth. She was realistic about any bumps in the selling cycle, which helped prepare us ably.
